Can you replace the blade?

I don't think so. I have worked with squeegees that are designed to have the blade replaced. This one does not have any way to loosen the grip to get the current blade out. The blade seems to be permanently installed.

Can you replace the silicon blade when it wear out?

It does not appear you can replace the blade on this squeegee.

Will the adhesive for the hook leave any damage if used on glass?

I haven't used the hook, so I don't know a lot about its adhesive, but in my experience with similar adhesives on glass surfaces, you can remove them without damage to the glass if you use reasonable care. A single-edge razor blade can be used to cut through the adhesive pad around the perimeter, and then the hook can be removed. The adhesive residue that remains on the glass can then be removed with "Goo Gone" or a similar product. Again, reasonable care must be exercised, but it's not difficult to accomplish.
