For Elderberry Syrup, Yum!
These are nice dried elderberries that I use to make elderberry syrup for immune health for my parents. The berries are easy to use in my recipe and they are nice and cleared of stems. They provide the perfect amount of taste in my syrup and they, along with other quality provide a great immune boost for the your system. I also appreciate the large size available as it allows me to make several batches at a time. Will keep buying these and recommend you do to.

No junk all berries
Great product. Very few stems and junk and all berries. A friend suggested this brand and they were right as always. Already made a batch of elderberry syrup for cold and flu season.

Will be buying these again!
I grabbed this big bag of organic dry elderberries so I could whip up my own homemade syrup, and man, am I stoked about them! They arrived looking and smelling super fresh—you can tell they're the good organic stuff. Since I'm all about natural fixes and ditching the toxic stuff in our house, these were exactly what I needed. They steeped perfectly, giving me a strong, rich base for my syrup. The amount you get in the pack is huge, so I’m set for ages, which is awesome value compared to buying those tiny little jars of ready-made syrup. The best part about using these dry berries is that I control exactly what goes in the pot—just some local honey and spices, zero junk or weird additives. It makes me feel better prepared for cold season. Definitely a permanent fixture in my natural health arsenal!

Bag came ripped
Have bought this product many times before and would have given it 5 stars except the bag came with a slit in it and berries were all over the box.

Makes Addictively Delicious, Healthy Tea
I got these berries to make tea to support my heart health and it is so delicious I have drunk about 7 gallons in 3 weeks! It's so good, I can drink a gallon in a day when I'm out in the Florida summer. My body and my tongue love this tea! It has a nice blend of tart, sweet, and slight bitter so you don't need to sweeten it, but I use a few drops of Stevia in a 20-ounce glass to make it a touch sweet. The tea tastes a bit like cranberries but much better; reminds me of autumn in New England for some reason. I blend the dry berries in a high-speed blender to powder them and I store it in Mason jars. I use 1-1/4 cup powder to 5-1/2 quarts of water, boil it for an hour and let it steep and cool off covered for 8 to 10 hours (overnight while I sleep). With evaporation, that makes a gallon of tea. I pour the tea through a fine mesh colander to strain out the powder. One bag makes about 2-1/2 gallons of tea for me.
