There's definitely a trust factor in using products such as this since you won't really know if it'll work or not until after the fact. That said, I've used it for the last 7-8 days for each shower and it has been fine. Definitely was hesitant the first time but I read the instructions and followed the video and it all works great!One of the critical review mentioned putting it on while sitting on the toilet then walking to the shower/bathtub can be dangerous since it can be slippery, and I agree. Be super careful when walking with this wrap over the cast. If anything, being a chair to leave next to the shower/bathtub so you'll minimize the distance you'll have to walk if your toilet is far from the shower/bathtub.Since condensation DOES build up after a warm/hot shower (the instructions mentioned this as well), I recommend turning it inside out then hanging out to dry. Leave a towel to wipe down the wrap after the shower and BEFORE rolling the wrap down to take it off; makes a big difference to minimize water getting on the cast.

Worked better than I was expecting. Took me awhile to get on, but I have hip problems and have a hard time bending. Despite that I am surprised that getting my foot in really wasn't that rough, most of it was just trying to pull it up without stretching it too much.Heavy plastic material, almost like a smooth shower curtain, seemed to dry fairly quick. Stretching the bag wasn't too hard and it did fit really snug a little below my knee (as recommended via the instructions). I was skeptical when I got it on, but it didn't leak so I really don't have any complaints. Taking it off is easier, haven't tried to reuse it yet, but I'm more confident in it now.I'm not sure how many times I'll be able to reuse them, hopefully just long enough to where I don't need them. I have compression wraps instead of a cast, so I can't speak as to if that makes it any harder to get on or not.

Bought these for travel. I have been using one of those with the plastic ring gasket at home which is bulkier but the material is more heavy duty. So I felt these would be good for my week long conference. I actually found these easier to use. I was worried that the leg hole was too small but it stretches just enough and keeps a good tight seal on your leg. The durability lasted all 5 days and i continued to use it after returning.i actually prefer these to the other ones because the large plastic ring has almost caused me to fall because it can get in the way. I still haven’t used the 2nd one going on ~ 13 uses with this one. But would say these are good for a few weeks if you were mindful not to tear the plastic. .I would recommend these

While these are pretty durable, they do puncture easily. My husband has lymphedema; his legs are wrapped and cannot get wet. these are truly great because they allow him to shower. However, they do puncture easily as we found out. On the third use, the bottom of the wrapping was wet. After investigating the plastic covers, we found a small puncture in the foot of one of them. Our advice is to be very careful where you step with these covers; they work well if not punctured. the other cover has been used a total of 6 showers with no problems. they are worth the money spent.

I was happy to be able to put this on and take a shower. I was very surprised at how many times I could put it on over the surgical boot and it never leaked. The 1st time I used it, it felt like it had leaked, but that was just the thermal change between the outside and the inside of the cover. I would suggest that you dry it off before removing it. That way you won't be deceived into thinking it had leaked.

I didn’t think it would work, but it did! Not a drop of water got through to my surgical boot and dressing. I was also afraid it would be slippery in the tub, but it was OK. I am extremely happy with this product! Now that I was successfully able to shower I don’t feel as crabby either. 🤗

Just recovering from Ankle surgery. Could not get wet for 6 weeks. Used for 4 weeks in shower ( 2 pak ) , was great. Be gentle putting on, make sure it goes over your knee. Worked better than the one with the blue band.

This is one of the least expensive but highest functionality. Seal is very good. I sit on a chair and don't spay water directly on it. It has not leaked. I took advise from another rater - If you are and average or larger adult, buy the large size. It goes all the way up to my knee and I'm 6' 2".
