This item is quite effective, very comfortable and easy to use, quality is remarkable but keep in mind wear gloves while using it, you don’t have to, but it helps cause when sweating although it’s rubberized texture helps keep a good grip, it might get a lil bit slippery, but overall quality is better than most

I wouldn’t say that this accessory is necessarily, however it is a nice piece to have in the arsenal for a good price. The rubber makes griping it comfortable and the ribbing prevents slipping when pulling on it. I use it mostly for cross body cable pulls and some one arm tricep pull downs. You can use other handles for these exercises, but this is well designed for those movements, so why not take advantage of it.

Was recommended by a gym friend. Works outer triceps better than rope pulldowns and is more comfortable. The end plugs fell out but they are just cosmetic anyway. Highly recommend for arm day.

Material is fantastic on the hands and very grippy with gloves. The grips have a great design and are easy on the hands unlike the more traditional ropes. Perfect size when used with MARCY equipment.
