It comes with Android 15, which is a great point in favor because it is fluent and updated. The screen looks good for its resolution (1280x800), ideal for watching videos, online classes and daily use. I really liked that you include the keyboard, mouse and pencil, since it practically becomes a mini laptop. It is perfect for school tasks, basic work and surfing the Internet. The pink design is beautiful and elegant. Regarding performance, for common applications such as YouTube, Netflix, social networks and documents works without problems. The 18 GB of RAM (with expansion) help aim enough not to lock, and the storage of 128 GB is more than enough, in addition to being expanded with SD card. WiFi connectivity is stable and Bluetooth works well with other devices. The battery render the expected for several hours of continuous use. The usb cord is VERY short and there is no charging cube , block , or whatever you want to call it. It takes a type C charger if you'd like a longer one. I purchased the pink one and I love it!

Here's an update. This tablet sucks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish ZERO stars was an option. It has NEVER booted reliably. Today it took 7 times to boot, then it crashed and took 4 more times to boot. I only have one app (Music Stand) installed. Previously--->This tablet does not boot reliably. Occasionally it boots on the first try, but it usually I have to try to boot it 2 or more times before it actually boots. I did a reset using Reset Options. This seemed to help for the first two days afterwards but it reverted to the old behavior. When I reset it, I only loaded the one app I actually needed, and it still does not boot reliably. Once booted it performs as expected. When powering on, it displays the text CP20 Pro screen for about 30 seconds. It then displays the animated CP20 Pro screen. That screen always freezes for a about 30 seconds. Sometimes it boots right away after the animated screen, sometimes it does text and animated CP20 screens again and boots, and sometimes it never boots. I would welcome input from the manufacturer on how to resolve this problem.

In the beginning it was fine, I ordered my uncle one for his birthday and just as soon as I did that it was like almost the same day it started acting up. It freezes up sometimes it will connect to WiFi or Bluetooth and at times it won’t you have to restart it. When you try to touch the screen to select something at times it won’t register what you are doing you have to tap it repeatedly and gets annoying. I plan to return mine and if his does the same I’ll return his but I believe his was a different brand and everything mine is pink his is blue. Mine is Android 15 his is 14. But it’s durable easy to set up and use the color was like advertised but the battery that is unpredictable, at times it would stay charged but sometimes it would take all night or day to charge and you watch a 30 min show and that did it in. Also got screen protectors and the bubbles would NOT smooth out all the way and one was broken.

Great Product but keeps disconnecting from wifi and Bluetooth while on the go (In transit). Also, battery drains really fast (either from hardware/battery capacity/limits, app usage or from hacking activities).

Video resolution on this awful. Can't even watch YouTube videos at 720p without lag and picture deterioration, so forget about playing any decent mobile games on it too. Web browsing, social media and office apps are about all this tablet is good for. So disappointing!
