DELICIOUS! used this for my royal icing for sugar cookies and it was absolutely perfect. Bottle is on the smaller size, of course, but it should last us a while as we don't make cookies often.

I had this flavor for like two months, I goes really far, a little bit of it. I used the flavor to marinade Salmon, and it was easy to add the drops to the mix. I like what they put in to the flavor to make it what it taste like, the artificial flavors are a blessing. The color made it easy to have the flavor in the food I made, I wasn't odd to eat, like may be green eggs and ham is. It was a water like thickness. I would bake with this, I did not though. I had only my self to ask in the choice of words I used, thank you.

Use this to flavor fondant. Works good. Use only a little at a time.

I'm a huge fan of marshmallows, one of my favorite snacks. When I saw this flavoring I had to try it! I like to add extracts or flavoring to my smoothies or protein shakes, and I figured this would be a nice way to supplement lower sugar or less sweet shakes to make them seem sweeter. The smell is exactly like marshmallows, and when added to a smoothie, it definitely adds a nice scent. I don't really taste anything different. I haven't yet tried it in much else, but I'm guessing this could be good in a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and might be more noticeable in a smaller quantity of liquid. Overall I'm pretty pleased with it, and will experiment in different recipes and see how it goes. I think this could be fantastic added to gelatine or pudding mix.
