Mild yet flavorful curry powder
This is delicious mild curry powder. I wasn't sure what to expect, because I really am not familiar with Caribbean cuisine, but according to my research curry is popular there. This curry powder reminds me strongly of a famous brand of curry powder, but at a much lower price. I have enjoyed this, and really appreciate it costs much less than those well-advertised brands, I like to use curry powder in deviled eggs and in a chickpea (garbanzo) stew I make.
