I really like it. It’s nice. I just wanted a mat with our last name & it’s decent. A little thin but it’s okay. I always put my mats on top of a bigger one anyway. I like that it’s not really thick because I wouldn’t be able to open my screen door over it if it was thick like some mats. I got the biggest size they have so you have to pay attention to which size you pick. I’m not sure how long it will last but I’ll update my review if it doesn’t hold up. My husband & I really like it. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this customized outdoor mat for my first home. I thought the material for the top of the mat would be the type that comes up and is flexible (this may or may not be called chor) but this mat is made out of a different type of material. I was expecting a certain type of material because I have purchased outdoor mats in the past for my apartments (from other stores). The material is smooth and seems more like an indoor mat than an outdoor mat. The customization is beautiful and exactly what I expected. I worry about how the customization will hold up over time and how effective the mat will be for people wiping their feet at the door. I reached out to the seller and we were able to communicate. They explained certain things to me and said they would make suggestions to their team. We were able to reach a resolution. The pro of this item is the beautiful customization and the con is that the material used is not what I consider to be outdoor mat material. These are my personal feelings on the product and the experience with the seller, I hope this helps somebody while purchasing!

I love this rug. It looks amazing. The size is perfect, and it’s a great value for the money. We’ve had it outside for over a year. It is starting to have a little wear and tear around. The edges are peeling, but that’s given it. It’s being outside this whole time during a lot of seasons but when the snow comes, I will definitely remove it.
