what is the size of the holes (diameter)?

The overall plastic disc is 135mm in diameter. there are two sets of six holes. Both sets of holes have thin, flexible plastic "scales" inside sturdy rims. The scales are able to grip canes which are smaller than the main rims of the holes. Hole Dimensions. Large holes: Inside rim 22mm, and 8mm inside the scales. Small holes: 17mm inside rim and 7mm inside scales. I used these last year, with canes up to 20mm diameter and they worked very well. In practice you could actually fit twelve canes into each disc. There seems to have been NO UV damage after one season. Hope this helps

These help when using multiple canes to make a support wigwam, or as a way of avoiding using string or wire to join canes together, and are reusable many times.
