Strong and versatile for the size
It fits well with my tools. So far has not failed me and has so many options of how to use it.Just waiting for it to fail because I sometimes use it on very strong/stuck situations for its size.I like it. The quality is obvious when using it. It’s very good and strong for its size.

Great little ratchet!
Love this ratchet, tiny but works great, I got a bit set with 4 rails with hex, star, Philips and flathead, glued 2 each together and put an elastic band on the each side of my multi tool holster, this and a bit driver extender is in the front. That and a crescent wrench I could probably disassemble a car

Mini Toolkit Ready
Nice and compact, great quality, and easy to include in a mini toolkit for those unexpected tasks. The Hex end adds to is versatility. Nice!

So cute
Pulled this out in the shop and got a good laugh from the guys. Over time, though, the laughs turned into funny looks, and suddenly I was the weirdo hiding in the corner, taking solo jobs and quietly assembling my arsenal of tiny tools and a mini toolbox. Efficiency and lightweight capability became my obsession—ultralight EDC kit builds on YouTube were my new religion. Then came the day: a Thursday afternoon, tasked with removing the exhaust manifold on a 2003 Chevy Silverado. Out came my trusty mini ratchet, adapter, and socket. Most of the nuts came off, but one stubborn nut refused, thanks to some bent housing. Thinking I was clever, I turned my mini ratchet into a hammer, and that’s when it hit me—literally and figuratively. This is an amazing mini ratchet, but wow, it’s absolutely terrible as a hammer. What a betrayal.

Must Have!
Amazing addition for your multitool! Easy to add on and compact to carry in the case. Great functionality and operates smooth. Great price for what it does!

Very small
A small double ratchet might be a more practical purchase. Seems like it might get lost fairly easily.

Pop-it-out-of-nowhere EDC whizbang.
Best thing since 1/4" hex joined the EDC. This little rachet actually functions perfectly as a pop-it-out-of-nowhere - put this license plate on! The action a smooth and without the backlash I expected from something so small.

Bought almost every version of this ratchet
If you're looking for a tiny ratchet for anything from tight spaces to putting together an EDC kit, look at all 711L tools. The first photo is both the female and male versions of these ratchets. The Satin chrome is nice, they come in spectacular packaging, and they are fun to play with. The male version, the one being reviewed, is slightly different then the female. The selector lever and the knurled spinner wheel are the most obvious. Neither changes anything. The biggest difference is the tooth count. This one has a better count at 60. Switch levers are easy to use and the wheel makes starting/ finishing fasteners convenient. The last photo shows some of the other options out there. As you can see, the 711Ls are the smallest.Team them up with the tools in the last photo and you have a small EDC kit the will accomplish a ton of tasks. If you're looking for tiny, these are the ones for you.
