Great leash for any dog
this is an excellent leash! it has a long lead, heavy duty and easy to use. you can use your thumb to lock and hold locked for as long as you want, or you can lock the lock into place. The lead has never tangled inside the leash ever. This has been thrown around and taken on many trips and still works like brand new!

I have two
Great leash, I have a bigger dog than what this is rated for. She doesn’t pull so this handy small leash is pocketable and very useful. Nice button response. and the spring recoil of leash is just right not too strong it pulls. On my dog yet not too weak it doesn’t retract back in from minor twist. I have two. One in case I loss the other

Greatest retractable leash for the money
Love the brand for the hand grip. I purchased one years ago at a yard sale and we really liked the design of the hand grip. It was pink and our boy was a boy, but who cares? Anyway, tried other brands and nothing comes to the comfort of the Flexi. Actually, even searched the brand a few times with no luck. Finally came up on a search and I clicked buy as fast as I saw product. Highly recommend! Especially great for guys with larger hands as the grip has ample room. This one even offers adjustment for different sized hands. The actual leash is sturdy and of good quality as well. You know how some leashes have a little cord and then some type of cheap string? Well this brand is a nice strong and sturdy cord throughout making it less likely to knot and tangle. It’s a bit heavier than some brands, but I promise the weight is worth it.

Pretty good for the price
The handle is sturdy and thick and fits comfortably in the hand. I have a 3 y/o lab and she loves tk run and explore, so the length of leash is really nice, the lock works well but can stick sometimes. The only thing to watch is that the leash is ribbon like, so it will snag on branches and can start to pull apart. Otherwise it's a good product and I will buy again when needed.

Great Leash!
The media could not be loaded. This has been our favorite leash purchase for our miniature Dachshund! We have an 11.5lb Doxie and this leash is the perfect size! I also really like the pretty blue color. It’s nice to not have a basic or standard black typical leash. It’s very durable and doesn’t twist up. There’s a locking feature that’s very easy to use and the length of the actually leash is great. Not too long, and not too short. Our Doxie is able to explore well on the leash! The retractability of the leash is fast and doesn’t get knotted up. I would definitely recommend this leash!

Excellent quality and comfortable to use
I bought this leash to replace another similar leash that the dog had chewed up. I like this one a lot! It’s an improvement over my previous leash for several reasons: the leash line itself is reflective, it glides very smoothly and quietly, the stop button works well. I use that button a lot to give my dog some slack. He walks with me better when he doesn’t feel the leash pull on him. This leash is very comfortable to hold onto. I’m not using the slot for adding a poop bag holder because I already had my own poop bag holder and a poop holder. I just zip tied them both to the leash handle. Overall, very happy, I would definitely recommend this retractable leash.

Sturdy, comfortable, rugged
I've had the 26ft large dog model for 2 years now and after 3000 miles and 1500 hours of use it is just beginning to show signs of wear. The most annoying wear item is the leash itself, which gets more flexible with age as it polishes itself. This leads to it spooling with the occasional twist and inability to fully retract until I manually unspool and respool by letting it drag through my fingers. A second minor problem is the grey rubber padding will unbond near the bottom black adjustable handle part. No big deal but it is annoying because it keeps the black part from retracting all the way until one digs it out from under the part. Given the use I've gotten out of this I can't complain about the minor problems.I have not seen the tape leash fray or show any damage. I suspect the people complaining about the leash wearing out in 3 weeks are allowing their dogs to chew it. Get 'em a chew toy guys!As for recommendations, they could make this an even better item by putting a bit more work into the feed mechanism. It would be nice if it would feed a bit more consistently when the leash aged. Lose the adjustable gimmick. The normal motion of my hand on the adjustment wheel always seems to cause the adjustment to move to its most constrictive position. I have big hands and it feels like a medieval torture device crushing my hand. It is just a gimmick. The handle is no less comfortable with the adjustment wide open.edit 2025-04-07: I'm on my second identical flexi model. The first one died after 3 years 9 months with the main spring failing. I replaced it with another Flexi of the same model number. The product changed a bit and the new one had a white leash out of an apparently softer material for the top weave. The material frayed where the leash hits the hindquarters of my dog. That still isn't that bad. I've had the replacement Flexi for 3 years 2 months. Given past experience the main spring will fail in 5 months, long before the leash wears all the way through.
