Capsules are a good option for those looking to address menopausal symptoms.
I’ve been using Organic Maca Root Capsulesas I navigate the natural changes of menopause. Menopausal people experience a drop in estrogen levels, causing symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings and sleep disturbances. Some studies have shown that maca can help alleviate hot flashes and other symptoms associated with menopause. I have tried maca powder before, but found it difficult to take, so I appreciate the convenience of the capsules. However, despite the capsule form, the strong aroma of maca is quite noticeable, so it is not recommended for those who do not like the aroma. Nevertheless, it seems to be effective, so perhaps the strong smell contributes to its efficacy. Overall, I think these capsules are a good option for those looking to address menopausal symptoms.

Quality supplement
Prima Force has always had some good supplements that I have taken, and these are no different. I like the price and I think they are a good deal. These are a regular pill in a capsule, but they are kinda big. if you have issues with big pills you might have issues but I enjoy them.

Great brand, great value
This is a great brand and a very good value on this many doses of maca without fillers like some others. Maca has many benefits libido, energy are why I choose to take it. The more regularly you take it the more obvious it is that it makes a difference

No ill effects
I always find it hard to review vitamins or supplements, because how do you judge if they are really working? I was already on another brand of Maca Root before this, so really all I can judge is if I’m feeling any negative effects from these pills vs. the previous brand. So far I’ve not had any issues. I haven’t noticed any appreciable changes, good or bad. They are easy to swallow and they don't taste bad, so I’ll keep taking them.
