Q: Can you confirm the manufacture date for a case ordered now?

I purchased the 100 pack box through "subscribe and save" and am very pleased with the dates. I don't think you could find better manufactured and expiration dates. Purchased: March 1, 2023 Arrived: March 10, 2023 Manufactured: February 12, 2023 Expire: February 2028 *because it was through "subscribe and save" it took longer than normal to arrive.

Q: What happens after the expiration date? Does water spoil?

The expiration date is more for the packaging than the actual water. After 5 years the pouch begins to degrade and leach dangerous chemicals into the water. Bye the way, this is why bottled water has an expiration date also. It’s the plastic leaching chemicals into the water from the bottle, not the water itself going bad.

Since the pouches are not made of plastic, yes it is BPA-free
