This odd looking (almost medieval looking) piece of metal, can get to all those tight muscles that you just can't reach, and feel like you would love to. Couldn't live without it. Even works on neck and upper shoulder blades, and rhomboid , etc. You won't be sorry if you buy it.

it's a knock off from the original " Thera Cain " but it works really well. I recommend this for anyone who has hard to reach knots in the back. Would I buy this again I believe so!!!

For physical therapy I was getting it at my therapist and they said I needed one so when I ordered this one and they saw it they said oh my goodness it had two more triggers on the top that assist with punctuation of the flesh in the last to give great massage and I will be ordering more from my son and my friends and the price is right

My physical therapist had recommended the name brand. I found this at a much better price, and gave it a try. When I showed it to her, she thought it was better than the one she had recommended. It has more features, knobs that you can use to reach different places. I like it enough that I bought another one for my son as a gift.
