This is a totally cool LED light strip, which I bought just for some fun. When you turn it off and on again it remembers your last setting, so you could hook this up to a smart plug (must try that). This is the only thing really missing, being able to connect directly to an Amazon echo. The app is ok but rather limited, most of the functions seem to be aimed at standard LED strips rather than making use of the individually addressable LEDs. There are a few that do use the individual LED's, which is fun and responds to sound. The manufacturer seems keen to engage with customers to improve their product which is a refreshing change, so I would expect the app to improve with time. The LED's themselves seem very good quality and certainly bright enough. I haven't installed them properly yet so can't comment on installation as yet. They are really good fun at an affordable price (I have also just bought some Philips hue led strip lights for the rear of my TV, these don't look anywhere near as good quality as this set of lights). For just over £20 I am really pleased with these LEDs. So would I recommend or buy again, a big yes to both. I love them.

The best led lights ever. This govee lights are absolutely amazing. The colours are very bright and extremely colourful. The material is good quality. I had an issue with this lights after some weeks I purchased. However they way they dealt with the issue was very quickly and within days the problem was solved. I was so impressed and that’s why I highly recommend to not hesitate to buy Govee products. Soon I will be buying more products from then. Prices are reasonable and the lights in my hot tub look absolutely amazing. My friends were so impressed that are buying lights too from Govee. I had bought other types of led but they are not as good as Govee. I have become a fan of this amazing lights. Connecting to your mobile phone is so easy and the amount of effects you can have with this lights are amazing. 10/10 of this super product.

These LED lights are perfect. I downloaded the Govee app and this allowed me to change the pattern sequence to to the mood, either to music or still colour. The brightness function is very good also allows you to control the how bright the LED you want. I purchased two sets one for the bedroom and one for the kitchen. Great when your entertaining or just relaxing. The music mode is also very good., the lights flash off or on according to the music you are listening too. These LED lights are well made compared to the others I have purchased. Whilst these LED are more expensive than other I do believe you are purchasing a quality product so it pays to purchase quality.

Adhesion is a little bit lousy but clips come with it which helps to secure the whole LED strip. The strip itself is very high quality with a new and updated app that is easy to use and allows for the LED lights to be changed and customised easily. The lights can also be customised so that different segments of the strip will show different colours in still, waves or fading animations which is similar to strips that are £60 more expensive. It has a custom controller with a good microphone for music lighting and is built very sturdy compared to other cheap or reseller brands. Overall, this is a great LED that rivals big brand names

I never bother leaving reviews for things, but I'm so impressed with this i had to! I used this for a back light on my 65inch tv, it works perfectly, sticks perfectly and looks AMAZING. Great product. Some people have mentioned they didn't get a controller, just to clarify it doesn't come with a controller, but you can use an app on your phone to control, which is great. I highly recommend this product. Update...I’ve now had these LED lights for 2 years, and they are still working perfectly, i have not had a single problem. They are so good i have now purchased 3 sets of them, and can control all 3 sets (which are in different rooms) all via the excellent app on my phone. Fantastic product!

These are the best LED lights I have bought. Very bright enough to not have any other lights on at night. Lots of choices for patterns (5) then customisation on those 5 for patterns and colours. Also has 7 pre set modes that vary from candle flicker to flickering. You can create 10 bespoke modes yourself on the app. Build quality is very good and range is perfect. Took around 5 mins to install and set up. Some improvements/ feedback I would suggest: Ability to lock your lights or password protect them Ability to change brightness on the pre set modes Music mode ability to change to bass/lyric following More pattern custom modes Ability to pick a pre set mode for the timer & set multiple timers

Great set of lights. The app works really well and it’s really useful having a time setting for on/off operation meaning you don’t need to worry about leaving them on overnight. The music option works really well and the preset moods are great, there’s even a DIY setting for you to create your own moods although I haven’t used this yet. It also comes with sticky back clips so you don’t have to remove the backing strip if you wish. My only improvements would be two time settings, so you can have a morning and night pretimed on/off and the ability to add an additional length. But overall the best LED light strip I’ve bought and will definitely buy a couple more.

Brilliant light strip light wise. Does most things you want from it. But the sticky adhesive is shockingly bad. Just keeps falling off to the point where it’s infuriating.
