Mobile Communications Paperback – 14 Aug. 2003

All previous reviews are correct, this deserves 5 stars. The book is good, setting up the basics of wireless comms in a good style and with the help of very useful illustrations. I hope a new edition comes out soon covering the developments since 2003.

Book gives a very good insight about the mobile networks and technologies. I totally recommend this book for students learning Mobile communication systems.

I highly recomend this book for any person interested in mobile and wireless communication. I bought this book as it was a core book for a course in my university degree but I found that it can help me in a lot of other topics that I wanted to learn about. Seriously if you are interested in mobile communication, this book is a must, very well organized and structured, easy to follow and very easy to understand

Altough is very good for the subjects it touches, it is very hard to keep reading it. Lots of information on it but not the most simple writting.

The book is very good, there is no doubt about that. But, I take very good care of my books and while reading it, pages have randomly come loose. Each page is individually glued to the spine and the gentlest of page turns have resulted in loose pages. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!
