Excellent form of bioavailable B1. After taking regularly I have noticed some pain diminishing. Most of time our bodies are trying to communicate with us there's a deficiency yet please consult with your doctor first

These supplements are big, but they aren’t hard to swallow. It’s hard to determine if they are working, but I do feel better. I will buy this brand again.

If you have a hard time swallowing capsules then these might not be the best for you. The capsules are like an oval shape and pretty large. I don’t normally have trouble swallowing supplements but these get lodged in my throat and I have to swallow a piece of bread to get them to go all the way down my throat. It’s kinda scary when you feel like a capsule is stuck and it hurts. So just beware. Otherwise this is a good product.

It seems to work better than capsule versions. I really appreciate the effectiveness of this more bioavailable form, and ordered an extra bag.

Vitamin B1 is not included in regular vitamins for children or Adults.Nor is it included in any other combinations of Vitamin B products. It's an important item to keep in your system due to its use of being so important to our blood system. If you're getting swollen feet and legs and you've been checked for diabetes and your clear the swelling is most likely to be from dead red blood cells gathering in the legs and feet.Ya it happens. Vitamin B1 helps to remove dead cells that appear to be water build up its not water down there. It's a build up of cells that can't get out. I'm not a doctor but a doctor explained it to me in very simple terms after I was cleared of other problems.

The caps are so fat I can’t swallow them. Have to cut them open to get the b1 out. Love the fact they have no unwanted products in them.
