The machine was received as defective did not start, the demo and installation team also could not setup it. And still date have been struggling for replacement or machine working since purchase.

This is one of the best coffee machine i have ever used , the coffee is great and very easy to use.

Wondechef coffee maker with steamer is simply amazing for coffee lover. It's efficient, value for money, compact, and ease to clean. It makes great coffee in no time, is worth the purchase, and is a good investment for coffee enthusiasts who value both style and functionalities. The coffee turned out to be extremely smooth and even more aromatic, the milk frothed well. Enjoyed a delicious cup of cappuccino. Very useful coffee machine at the given price. Size of the machine is perfect, fits anywhere easily without taking too much space.

There's absolutely no doubt that the product does make good espresso. But its temperature gauge was broken. And now, thanks to that, I have to take up this issue with the Wonderchef Regenta. Obviously amazon isn't at fault here in case people are wondering why don't I just return the item. But as per the espresso, it tastes good.

Breeing speed is good and the machine is very efficient, the pressure is light, I mean it's good but if u are a very strong coffe drinker, so remember it's 5 bar, the water content is enought and even making coffee for four people I didn't didn't fill water till max limit. It's somewhere middle in the line of value for money and giving too much money, I meant to say is it's not as value for money as wanted but it's good. In terms of DURABILITY, it's something very sturdy and reliable, THE things it needs is maintenance.We need to clean it every month by any light descaler as some salt deposits get attracted at the water tank and on its cap.even the steam frotther needs cleaning at every use. Btw it's important to check out wonder chef's video for better experience in using the machine. NOTE:Exert steam and pressure everytime after a use and don't open the cap of water tank before 15 minutes of use.Also clean it regularly in some months of interval.

I bought the Wonderchef coffee machine with decent expectations, but the overall experience was disappointing. Build Quality: The material quality feels very poor for the price. The plastic used is flimsy and doesn’t inspire confidence about durability. Surprisingly, even smaller or lesser-known brands are offering sturdier and better-finished machines in the same or lower price range. Customer Support: The call center support was not helpful. Responses were generic, slow, and didn’t properly address my concerns. For a brand positioned as premium, the after-sales experience is below average. Overall: While the machine may work functionally, the low build quality and weak customer support make it hard to recommend. Wonderchef seriously needs to improve material quality and service standards to match customer expectations.
