poor condition.
I ordered two pens, but unfortunately both arrived in poor condition.Right out of the package, the ink was dry and barely came out. One of the pens even started leaking.I'm actually a fan of this product, so I was disappointed to receive a defective set. Hoping this was just a one-off issue.
