Let's start with the items that came in the box. I had every screw and part needed. Nothing was damaged and threads on the poles were nice and non cross threaded. They screwed on easily. It was confusing trying to figure out what screw was for what but process of elimination took care of that. The base could be heavier. Although the base is decent sized, the Samsung q990c rear speakers are super heavy and makes the stands almost tipsy. I will most likely add weights to the base to make them more stable. The screw to screw the top bar to maintain height is okay. I had to screw it in all the way just to get it to hold it's height with the weight of the samsung speakers. I am overall satisfied and like the look of these stands. The base easily slides under my couch. Would definitely recommend again.

When i opened the box, I was impressed with the inclusion of just about any necessary hardware to accommodate many styles of speakers. I am using Samsungs. All hardware si included fort them. The box included a heavy steel plate for the floor, it has a felt-like finish on the bottom to protect the floor, the mounts camd in thre sets of tubes. Three screws fastened the bottom tube to the plate while the second tube was threaded to accept the threads fom the first tube. It was able to be firmly tightened by hand. Finally the 3rd tube was the offset mount for the speaker. It has a threaded plug at the top that accepted a singelsdrew “L” shaped bracket that stood at the top. I was then able to affix the speaker with a single chrome screw that held the speaker securely to the bracket. A convenient cut out was at the bottom and top of the tubing setup to take the power cords for speakers. In the case the connector for my Samsung speakers was to large to fit the cutout, BUT the manufacturer included 4 velcro straps (black to match the tubing finish) to secure the cords to the tubing making them unobtrusive. Once assembled the setup allowed for elevation adjustment by furnished thumbwheel screws with a large knob for easy tightening. This adjustment allowed my to have my speakers at the proper recommended height and direction. ‘ I have read other reviews of these stands and it appeared to me that some of the writers were not familiar with setting things up. Remember that there are a lot of different size screws, ALWAYS use your fingers to check that the screws are right for the holes. You will find the correct screws to fit the correct holes. Finger tighten and THEN use the Phillips head screwdriver to do the final tightening. You will not encounter misthreading by being CAREFUL. I love these stands and I am sure I will get many hours of superb enjoyment from them with my surround sound speakers.

I bought these stands to go with Samsung Q990D sound system and my QN75Q7FAM Samsung tv. 1-The power cords for Q990D rear speakers are TOO LARGE to fit hidden inside the support pole and must be Velcro-ed to the OUTSIDE of the support pole (Which looks crappy, messy and cheap). 2- One speaker pole arrived bent. So much for quality control. 3- The small rear bookend speakers were VERY too heavy. I’d NEVER have these around pets of small children. Very easy to knock over and hurt them, and also possibly damage the speakers Extremely Disappointed. DO NOT BUY. AVOID.

Good quality. However, the cable hole is not suitable for newer models; the power cable of new Samsung soundbar rear speakers does not pass through the hole.

Very happy with the stands and wall brackets. They fit both types of Samsung speaker fitting with the supplied brackets. Need to include black screws as one set of brackets that I purchased from same supplier included silver screws for black bracket; looked wrong and ugly. Would recommend.

for little speakers. they work well

These speaker stands are awesome. I wanted some stands that fitted between my couch and the wall, and the angled uprights on these fitted the bill just right. I bought it for a Samsung Q990D and it holds the rear speakers well with no fear of them dropping off or being damaged. I recommend these stands.

Quick delivery, unfortunately the base was bent and had to return. Not quite as sturdy as I hoped for but for what they are, they’re well made for the right application

The ability to hide the speaker wires is a great idea. Able to fit different types of speakers is an added bonus.
