I've been a neti pot user for many years, so I am experienced with nasal irrigation. My review is based on comparing this electric nasal irrigation system with a traditional neti pot. The instructions for this product are clear and detailed. It took a few minutes to read through and understand how to use it, but it was easy to understand. The initial setup is very quick. I like the temperature sensing sticker on the water measuring cup to let me know if the water is too hot, too cold, or an appropriate temperature. An advantage of this system over a traditional neti pot is that the rinsing process is significantly faster than the gravity powered rinse of a traditional pot. The 200 ml of solution rinsed through in about 15 seconds on gentle power. It also did not require me to tilt my head awkwardly to the side over the sink as is necessary with a traditional neti pot. I found that during use I did not have any water leaking out, all of the water water was neatly collected in the waste tank. There are two different sizes of nozzles included, so using the appropriate size for your nose probably helps with this to avoid leakage. In the waste water tank you can see exactly how much congestion you just rinsed out, which is kind of grossly satisfying. One downside to this system over a traditional neti pot is that there are several parts to disassemble, clean, and air dry after each use. It takes a bit of space to lay them out for drying. The other downside to this system is the price. At the time of this review it is selling for just under $70, which is more than 3x the price of many traditional neti pots. In my opinion, while it has several advantages, I wouldn't spend that much for them.

It's a clever feature of the measuring cup to have a temperature-sensitive label on the outside that lets you know instantly if the saline temperature is within the acceptable range. I also don't experience any discomfort when I rinse my nose with the device. Using it after coming inside from the outdoors might also be a smart idea, especially with the current spike in flu season. This nasal irrigator is incredibly effective. There are two speeds on it. Does an excellent job of removing debris and provides clear instructions. The temperature indicator on the cup is very useful. It deserves 4.5⭐️Stars. Hope you find this review helpful. It is simple to clean thanks to the self-cleaning feature. It's just a lot of parts that you need to assemble, disassemble, and store. I would suggest it to my family and friends.

This is a great machine. This machine gives a thorough rinsing, and it amazes me just how much of a difference it makes. I didn't think my sinuses were all that congested until I used this machine--wow, it blew me away how much better I could breathe after that. This is an excellent device for home use, and it also makes a very good gift. Its closest electric nasal irrigation system competitor is much more expensive, so I also consider this a good value as well as a useful device.

This is a nice upgrade from the Neti Pot which I have been using for years. It works by irrigating your nasal passages in gentle manner. I gave it 4 stars because it is quite messy. Make sure you do it over the sink as water may drip, creating a smell mess. The item comes with saline packets. I would recommend using distilled water with this if available to ensure sanitation fo the water. The price is little bit steep but is comparable to others in the market.

I've been using a neti pot for years. This Electric Nasal Irrigation System is much better. It's faster and can be used at times when a neti pot doesn't work well. The lower speed works well for me. I like that it has cleaning cycle.

I need to watch a video on how to do properly. Used it the first time and water went into my ear cavity, it stayed for weeks not a good feeling.

If you never used a neti pot this takes some getting used to especially the awkward feeling of water running through your nostrils and coming out the other side, sometimes draining down the back of your throat. The draining side does not catch all the draining waste as stated so either over a sink, bowl or towel would be good idea. It comes with 2 pairs of nostril nozzles which is fine for one or two people but not a family size. Also, no mention of replacement nozzles in description or the company store listed in description. Battery operated not electric. There are listings for salt packets for neti pots, I assume can be used for this also. The illustrated user manual is very detailed about usage and directions but no information about salt packets or extra nozzles. So, for the price Its expensive for being battery operated and when nozzles wear down the whole machine needs replaced. Easy to use and set up. Make sure to clean every nook and cranny very well because using the correct water and salt there still will be build up, gunk and filmy substance especially from constant use. The solution may burn a bit while passing through nostrils especially if new to using or inside of nose is irritated or inflamed from mucus. Comparable to similar styles and brands of quality. A bit pricey.
