I ordered 3, all were well packaged and quality was premium as one would expect at this price point. No leakage, even if one occurs, Jaguar provides a 10 year warranty on it. Easy installation, had a plumber install them. Everything from the screws, to the pipe and to the holder was included in the box.Overall 10/10
