This is flavourless and it blends easily in a drink. I am not sure yet if it is effective.

It's a good, quality product. It's good to add to coffee, not a good milk replacement for hot chocolate. Somebody mentioned upset stomach. I experienced that when I first tried this powder in my morning coffee, on an empty stomach. It was fine after I had a handful of nuts. Nuts don't break the fast, so coffee with MCT is still effective and stomach is fine.

Second time buying this product. Tastes nice and perfect milk substitute for food and beverages. Will definitely continue to buy.

Would buy again mixes well in my mushroom coffee

Very good product, bought it few times this year. Would be nice to have more detailed info about the C8 to C10 ratio. Tastes good (trust me, some of the powders don't taste very good) and mixed well.

Was hoping this powder would be like the other brand of powder I had bought in that it would put off my hunger but not hurt my stomach. Hurts my stomach similar to the oil.

I have been using MCT oil for a few months so was keen to try this MCT powder for a change. Mixes into coffee well, I use an 11g scoop and mix with a whizzer. Use less if you have not tried before to avoid stomach upset. Good value for a 300g pack, around 27 servings at £0.53 each (which is slightly cheaper than oil). Mixes well with a neutral taste and no oil slick on the top of your coffee. Great product that I would buy again.

Although the seal on the package failed, the powder mixed with coffee still seems to be working well, as I’m staying in ketosis and steadily losing weight.
