I recently had a fall that required physical therapy. They used a ball like this for some exercises. I purchased this ball because it is the size I need. It works great. It’s easy to inflate and all that you need is included. It is made well. The price was great. I’ve been able to do the exercises to keep my recovery from going. I recommend this ball and I would purchase it again.

Easy to inflate with the tool provided. Smooth finish feels good on skin. Stays inflated a very long time. Not giving them 5 stars just because the ball doesn’t inflate to a firmness I prefer. I like a bit more than this gives me. Still, I use the ball everyday and it does work fine.

As advertised. Great for core and chest especially for those recovering or looking for a low impact workout. Holds air perfectly.

Perfect Pilates ball.

We bought two of these balls. They are just like the ones at our gym. They are a good size, very durable and don’t lose are all the time.

It is a decent functional Pilates ball. The downside is that it is hard to inflate fully. You must blow into a plastic tube to inflate it but you can’t seal it quickly enough to prevent some air from escaping. It’s never fully inflated.
