I purchased Otis Spunkmeyer cookies from school kids selling for fundraisers. I loved the cookies so much, I went to Amazon to see if I could buy these myself. Wa-la! There they were. The shipment arrived a week early, on dry ice as promised, and the cookies were frozen. I was shocked all 240 cookies were all in one, huge bag, however. I assumed the cookies would be in 12 boxes. The description did not state that--I just made an assumption. I had to quickly find a place for the huge bag! Baking them tonight, and they are delicious.

Received my cookie dough today (which traveled for almost 5 days)I AM NOT IMPRESSED with the manner in which these were shipped or packaged. Ordered on 9/18 and I am receiving them almost 5 days later :( They should have been shipped OVERNIGHT since they are perishable.They were placed in a ridiculously large box and inside was a large plastic bag, with my cookie dough clumped together. Now they are sticky and stuck together. I will have to go through each and every cookie and separate them and reshape them.It would have been really nice if you had shipped them on or in flat disposable trays rather than dumping them all together in a plastic bag. Not very professional at all. Seems very uncaring to me. I will think twice about reordering these and they were not cheap!

Very expensive but great taste.
