These grow sponges are great for starting seeds. I like the way I can just pop it in the garden when the seedlings are large enough. It works really well!

these sponges did not <expand and degrade> as I expected.
These sponges are extremely solid. I expected them to expand and degrade but they pretty much retained their shape through germination all the way to final planting, and a couple actually popped out of the ground during a strong rain along with the plant.The photo is of a plant that has been in the ground months. Granted, something else is going on as the plant is NOT growing .. I clearly don't have a green thumb, so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. Very confusing.

Zero germination
I have haven't had any seeds germinate using these pods. Nothing sprouts and I have attempted many types of seeds in these. I am very experienced in hydroponics and very disappointed in these grow cubes. Will not be ordering these again. Waste of money, time, and space in my garden trying to grow anything with this product! To late to return or I would.

Love these. Expensive way to start seeds but the germination and survival rate is really good.
