I have a partially torn achilles tendon, and when I went to my doctor yesterday, he suggested I get these for some relief of the pain. They came today, and I place one in my shoe, and was immediately surprised that it clearly reduced my pain. I have worn them since, and while I still have pain, it is not nearly as bad as it was before I started wearing these. The doctor also suggest a brace, which I am still waiting for, but so far he was right on, and these do work to reduce pain.

Great fit and excellent results! I have bone spurs where the Achilles tendon attaches to the heel. They are very small and very painful. This product works great! I am completely pain free. The stickiness wore off pretty quickly, but they seem to stay in place anyway. Great product!

they seem to be working, it helps to have a deep heel area, it doesn't work on all of my shoes

I’m a flagger in road construction! I put these in with my insoles as it said I had options of leaving or taking them out. They are only 3/4 lenghth so I left my insoles in. I only worked 5 hours that day and I felt like I was wearing wedges or a small heel. Due to the heel the painful pressure was still on my heels but also the balls of my feet due to wedge pushing my foot more forward and down towards ground! If I had to wear them longer I would have gotten blisters! Balls of feet were literally raw! Made foot pain worse! I am returning

I can only walk with using these inserts in my shoes that take my pain instantly away. Amazing!!

It only addressed 1 problem and I also have a bone spur. I need something to wrap the bottom of my instep, not gel.

I purchased these heel inserts for my plantar fasciitis as a preventative measure, however, my case was so severe that I did end up needing shots. This heel insert did provide some relief but if you have a severe case of heel pain I would see a foot doctor.
