Have you ever worked out hard and started dying of thirst, so you grab your water and gulp it down between breaths.... but then the water just sits in your stomach and you STILL feel thirsty but now you're also full??This product has been a GAME CHANGER.I feel immediately hydrated after just a couple of sips. It genuinely replenishes and boosts me (mood/energy). I love it especially after exercising. It has a slightly salty taste, but it doesn't bother me. I drink from a Brita Filter pitcher, so if you're drinking tap or if you have a lot of other elements in your water it might not taste as good. Not sure, but a little bit goes a long way so don't feel you need to add a ton to your water.Will buy again but I bought this in Nov 2024 and I still have a ton left lol.

Compared to other brands like "Redmonds relyte", this brand has much better ingredients for an electrolyte powder. Its also not crazy expensive as Redmond, (which I understand because they do lots of marketing to celebs). People are wining about the taste, but it taste perfect there's no taste to it so why would you want them to put an artificial sweetener in it? I don't get people sometimes. Its a great electrolyte powder, high quality ingredients. Don't add sweetners to this!!! Keep it just like you are. Its Perfect!!!! Thank you!

Package came damaged with a small slit that the product was leaking out of, but they company gave me a refund. I have since become a big fan of this product, as it is the only one I have found so far that only contains the essential nutrients I want and no sweeteners. I wish more companies would follow suit and make products without adding ingredients that are not needed. In fact, any company that adds sugar or other sweeteners to its product is just trying to make you addicted to the product so you keep buying it. I appreciate this company not doing the same, and I will reward them by being a lifelong customer. Now that's good capitalism!

This does exactly what I was hoping for. It has very little taste and is not too salty. Other reviewers listed the saltiness as a complaint. I put lots of ice in my water to help burn more calories and you can hardly taste the electrolytes in it. It is expensive but the serving size is 1/5 of a teaspoon so it will last a long time. Taking electrolytes has given me more energy, so it’s a good investment in my health.

My son is really into nutrition and working out and he was using this one for awhile, but realized he had to double his scoops to get the numbers he was looking for. I originally purchased it for myself. I'm an intermittent faster and thought it could be helpful to take while fasting. If you are "clean" faster, I would not recommend using this product in your fasting window, due to the citric acid. You can totally use it in your eating window though. It mixes well. The packaging is NOT great! It has a zip top that should reseal, but we have had to fold and clip it because it looses it's ability to "zip" properly.

I almost didn’t order this because of the melodramatic reviews that it was way too salty. This is not my experience.I came down with a terrible stomach flu and couldn’t eat anything for several days. I even had a hard time drinking water. I became dehydrated and remembered I should probably get some electrolytes.My husband went to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist who recommended one of the brands on the shelf. He got the one they had with the least sugar (9grams per serving). I could not drink it, it was SO sweet. Unbelievably sweet. It was nauseating.So, I thought I would see if I could find one that was sugar-free online. I looked at several, but this one seemed like the best, no sugar, no additives,. no flavor (because actually I like the taste of water). I’m writing this review mainly because I am frustrated by some of the reviews that (while they’re certainly entitled to their opinions), I think it could mislead people.I hardly taste anything and it certainly is not as salty as some say. It dissolves easily and it has made drinking more water easier somehow, softer. It has really helped me a lot with this illness.

This product contains iron and says on the package not to give it to children under 18. The warning should be larger on the label. Other than that, it’s a great product. I like that it isn’t sweet and can be added to homemade broth or fruit juice. Slight salty taste when mixed in. Good value compared to other rehydration products. Natural ingredients. Would recommend to adults.

This is a great value for a quality electrolyte product. Most of them are marketed as flavored drinks or similar. I don’t need that, and often they have additives that I don’t want. This works perfectly for me and I’m really happy with the price point. I’ll be a regular purchaser!
