I just got my desk assembled and it is amazing. This is the first time I have ever bought a desk, so I did tons of research and pored over SO many listings, taking deep consideration of how I wanted to use the desk, what features would be most useful, the style and, most importantly, the size and the price point. This is a big investment for me so I wanted to make sure to get the best quality for the best price possible.After making my decision (I had settled on a different listing, your typical L-desk with a hutch), I stumbled across this desk from Tribesigns. It took me by surprise, as was not the desk I originally envisioned in my office, it was very different in style and appearance. It was at the very tippy top of my price range. But I knew it would be the best fit for my needs.Well, I'm now sitting at this new desk and i'm thrilled to have ordered this instead of the other one. It's very high quality, and although it was missing one part (not a vital one, but an important one, one of the 4 metal tubes holding up the top part of the file cabinet portion) it is very spacious and sturdy.It took maybe 3 hours for me to assemble by myself (female), and was mostly very easy, but it was tricky at one point when required to attach the sliding tracks for the file cabinet (the instructions imply that you can somehow separate the inside tracks from the outside tracks, and then attach one side to the cabinet and one side to the drawer, and then slide the drawer in later, just like you do with the rolling drawer tracks...but I could not find a way to do this and had to attach the fully assembled track to the drawer, and then attach the whole drawer to the file cabinet....it was a little awkward but it worked out fine in the end, working carefully.I hope the company can send me that missing part. Otherwise I am very happy with this desk and encourage you to make the investment if you are on the fence. For a desk at this price point, I think it's a great purchase.

Absolutely love it only thing is that all corners are super sharp . I scraped my leg so had I have a scar on my leg now. Needed to buy protectors for it

Love this desk. It is not bulky (like my old one). Ordered it in white and it is quite pleasing. I love the front panel being metal because I have created a photo collage with magnetic frames from the Dollar Store which is so fun. The side cabinet is just the right size with more than enough room for my printer, files, and storage. It was not too difficult to put together (for my husband). I had a couple challenges figuring it out, but he read the instructions and only one mistake. We put the white panel on the outside of the main desk instead of the inside. Which is easy to fix but I actually decided it is fine since I cover most of the top middle section with large colorful rubber mat-mouse pad. The materials are as described. My only complaint was the measurements were hard to figure out if it was just the desk or included the side unit and exactly how large that was. Took some figuring out prior to ordering. All of the parts came with the unit, and nothing was broken so I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I may add a picture at a later date because my office isn't quite back together yet. I highly recommend this unit.

This product is not likely picture. My husband tried to assemble for over 5 hours, and the panel of desk's nut and bolt were not right fit on the package. He has to released all assembled the parts that wasted over 5-6 hours. Then we indicates that this is 3rd party that we have to return with our payment - Amazon customer services sent the message to seller that this is product issue to return that needs to Seller send to email with new Label - However, the Seller never responded and sent the Separate the Side desk again. The Seller should contact us for sending the New Label to return without over $400.00 to return the actual desk price is $299.00

Very Sturdy, easy to assemble

After reading all the reviews about how hard it was to assemble and arriving damaged i was concerned, but thankfully everything arrived with no damage.Assembly took me about 3 hours but if you have ever put a desk together before its rather straight forward and the instructions are fine. Some reviews said the instructions were not clear but for me they were.DO NOT USE A Drill/Screw gun to put this together as its rather cheaper material but still very sturdy once assembled.Only issue i would say is they could send it with a longer/better screw driver.

I will say I have decent know how and can be crafty. While the directions are not perfect and sometimes its good to look ahead a few steps to double check how it matches up later. It does in fact all fit together correctly. In my case at least.For me it's perfect, the height and size of desk make it very spacious and comfortable. It's fairly sturdy so long as your good will your l wrenches. Though at a couple times I found it grueling, getting half rotations and reseting the wrench back to fully tighten it in the corner sockets.My only issue of it all truly was how the directions made me feel unsure at times which way im suppoped to be looking at the piece im holding. And 2 different sets of pieces were miss numbered(just swapped them around in the build). Though I infact had all the pieces I needed.Solo build in about 5 hours for both pieces. Arrived separate days so 2 separate build days combined. If you attempt this solo have something with adjustable height for balancing/leveling of bars and boards. It'll be handy.

i didn't realize the desk top was 4 different pieces when i ordered it. i probably wouldn't have selected this on if i had. but with that's said, i really like the desk for the money. it was pretty easy to assemble. for the file cabinet section, they don't give enough detail for orientation of one shelf, so mine is upside down and I'm not taking it apart to fix it at this point, its 2am. over all its a little flimsy but i guess that's to be expected for the price.
