I have had to add supplemental nutrition bars to my diet since having bariatric surgery. For 2 years I have struggled to find a 20g bar that wasn't as hard as a rock or the thickness was so chewy & the whey was so gross, that i had to force them down. No longer!! These are KINDa a big deal!!They deliver in both taste and crunch! Plus no sugars & carb ratio is phenomenal. These were hands down delicious!! I took a chance and bought each flavor and they are both so superior to anything else. I love that you can actually taste & crunch on peanuts. They literally taste like a candy bar.Let's talk about size too! These are going to fill you up & keep you full. These are not your average bars where you gag it down just because you need a quick hit of protein. I mean, you can do that too lol. I like to snack in bed and so I'll take that and fruit for a healthier option.Take it from someone who has spent thousands on bars...the are definitely the KIND you want in your life!!

I have tried various methods of adding more protein to my diet. This is by far the easiest, great tasting thing I have found. Love the low sugar content and as a lady who loves sweets, I appreciate that this bar does not count like a candy bar! When I want sweets, I’ll eat a truffle—this is not meant to be a replacement for that. I like the crunchy texture and yet it is not dry. I love dark chocolate so I’m fine with the light coating on these. I have one with a cup of tea in the morning and feel full until lunchtime. Best way to get protein easily but of course I also eat chicken, salmon, eggs, and love all types of nuts as much as possible. I don’t see it as a replacement for protein but as an addition to it! I have it on subscription and it is worth every penny to me.

These taste really good and don't have a weird texture. They aren't too hard and aren't dry. They are pretty healthy for the most part but still have some ingredients that I wish weren't included. I also wish they weren't so pricey.

I have been trying and buying plant based protein bars for over a decade, and these are some of the best. Texture and flavor are great. The nutrition value is incomparable, and I LOVE that they don't sugar, stevia, sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners. Keep it up KIND!

Absolutely love these bars as an easy snack as a busy mom. Super yummy and one of the higher protein bars that I have found!

I recently purchased these on June 7th, 2025, because they had a higher protein content (20 grams) than the ones that I usually purchase from this Website which are the KIND Dark Chocolate Nut Bars (12 grams of protein for 12 Bars) which have both peanuts and almonds with chocolate coated on them. I received them on Sunday, June 8th, 2025 and I tested it today, June 9th, 2025 and it tastes horrible!!! It is not sweet like the other KIND Chocolate Bar and you simply cannot detect the taste of any peanuts or peanut butter flavor, period. The flavor is like eating a 70 to 80 percent Cacao Bar (which has no sugar in them at all and a bitter taste). Therefore, due to this fact, I do not recommend them unless your palate happens to like "extremely bland and flat" flavors with "an overly exaggerated/inflated price" to go along with it. I will be keeping them because of their price and maybe (over time), I will get used to the way they do taste, but I doubt it and I will not be purchasing these again after they are gone. I am very disappointed in these because I thought they would have the same following as the other KIND Bar that I mentioned earlier, but my mistake. I am very disappointed in these bars because of how much more they cost which is about $10.00 Dollars more per box for 12 Bars and they "don't compare" anywhere close to the value of money that you have to spend on them. Please beware because they might not meet your expectations either.

Great high-protein, low-carb snack or meal. If you're used to sugary power bars, the less-sweet taste will be a surprise, but a real game-changer for those avoiding heavily sugared foods. I like a lot of the Kind products, but this is the one I keep in stock now for when I need a snack or a substitute for a proper meal.
