It’s actually not that bad when drinking it. For any results yet is too early to say. Would I go ahead and purchase another one after this is done yes but I wish it was better price wise. It’s very expensive. I will need to search around a little more deep and see what’s out there since these days we have that opportunity and maybe find it cheaper or etc…

As with all nutrional supplements it's takes time for the body to show positive effects, converse to negative ones, such as intolerance or plain dislike of flavour. I can handle most vitamin’y flavored supplements., I’ve tried everything but these are so gross that I gag when I see the bottles… they are not returnable. I took one and hated it, I felt sick and felt like I tasted it all day .. Tried to push them onto my husband because he can take anything but he gagged too just smelling it. He won’t take them either. I wish I could give them out as samples to y’all..I wasted a ton of money on these.. If you live in San Diego hmu :D

I got these during Amazon’s prime day so I could take advantage of the sale price. Have to agree with another reviewer that for the price I shouldn’t have issues opening the bottle (about 10-20% have issues) for the price. It’s a huge pain opening then and separating the metal cap.I do appreciate they use glass instead of plastic bottles though.In terms of efficacy, jury is still out on it. I haven’t noticed anything but I’ve only been using for about 4 weeks. Not a fan of the taste so I usually mix it with something else.
