These are great. Never realised that my feet were so cold outside. Nice and thin, so slip inside shoes quite easily. And they last for at least eight hours. When I come back in, I swop them into my slippers!

This is my second pack of insoles and they are brilliant!Im out in -minus degree temperatures and these are ideal to keep your entire feet warm.You just peel the backing off to activate them and place them on your socks as you put your foot into your shoe, simple! The warm cozy feeling lasts hours, as l have kept them on to enjoy the benefit. No problems with walking with them on either.I have also used them while sitting still in a cold room, they prevented the cold seeping up from the floor while sitting still, another bonus! Recommend these 👍

I bought these for a recent trip to Tromsø, Norway where temperatures were routinely sub zero. I wore them on a couple of Northern Lights tours, and on a snow-shoe hike through the snowy mountains. They kept my feet really toasty (sometimes even too warm!), so I can only give them five stars. Instructions say to leave them out for three minutes before wearing, but I kept them out for about 10 minutes before applying.

Good product keeps your feet warm and cozy while the heat lasts but didn't last 8 hours though maybe 4/5.

This product arrived on time and was well packaged.BUT when I put them into my boots they activated really quickly and were TOO hot for my feet !I suffer with Rynards syndrome, and although I must keep my hands and feet warm at all times especially in the winter, it mustn’t be too hot as my skin is very thin and will burn.As I said in the title be very careful !
