I like these. My old probiotics weren't cutting it anymore, so I switched it up with these. I take one in the morning when I wake up and go about my day. I could tell when I went a week or two without them because I started to feel bloated. I don't notice anything while taking them, no upset stomach or anything.

This stuff is truly amazing. I was getting yeast infections for months and I really didn't know why. Doctor couldn't really say. I figured it must have something to do with the PH levels.
