I would say it is very near to the original desi ghee, although not as good as home made desi ghee, but considering getting one in US made from buffalo milk is impossible. Packaging is very good, and it is better than store bought clarified butter. Bit expensive though but I am overall is very happy with this product and quality. Way better than ghee from India, taste is way better. Review: Not Buffalo ghee - Ghee is good but It's not Buffalo ghee. It is mixed with cow's ghee. More like 60-70% is cow's ghee.

Not Buffalo ghee
Ghee is good but It's not Buffalo ghee. It is mixed with cow's ghee. More like 60-70% is cow's ghee.

Scrumptious Ghee!
Delicious asli ghee. So aromatic and great taste! Would buy again and definitely recommend this product to everyone.
