Really happy with the BonKaso water dispenser. It looks stylish in maroon and works perfectly, giving both hot and cold water quickly , machine has absolutely no noise while working . The built in refrigerator is super useful for storing drinks. Easy to use and reliable. Great value for money definitely recommend it to anyone needing a water dispenser which is easy to use and absolutely no leakages like traditional cans. Very comfortable to use.

Facing very bad experience with the product, it just stopped working in 3 months , and it is horrible to get the service from the bonkaso, we need to write an email with all details , even after they will respond after fee days only. There is no proper service team to them . Still my water dispenser is waiting for the service . I am praying god to get this done ASAP.

Very amazing product. It has Good Built quality with superb functions. Very nice cooling. Easy to use and eco-friendly.It can be adjusted anywhere in our rooms. The Hot water dispenser has a childlock too which is a very good function specially to protect children from Hot water.The Cooling cabinet is spacious and has a good cooling experience. Easy and affordable machine.Good for Hostelers and PG residents for all time.I recommend all to buy this product.

Waste product, i bought this product 6months back,i am facing water leakage problem. Warranty is there.I mailed them about the issue along with invoice. They messaged me service agents will come see. Noone came since 10 days no response from them

I tried this heat button and got stuck and it’s not coming back. Now I can’t even get a refund. What a joke of a product. Not at all happy with the quality.
