I initially had problems getting the spray to work, but once it started, it worked fine. The liquid is a watered down zinc oxide solution. It is easy to apply and seems to work. I was surprised by how small the spray bottle was, and reading the description doesn’t show any comparison size object. All in all, it works and other than the ridiculously small bottle, I am satisfied.

Great for diaper rashes! Bonus is it is in a spray bottle!

The size of this spray bottle is tiny! If you don’t need the spray version you can get the rub on zinc oxide for much cheaper!I bought this for my elderly grandma to help prevent skin breakdown. It does help some but over time it seems to occur to a degree anyway.I do recommend zinc oxide but there are more cost effective options.

I was getting Desperate searching for Boogie bottoms spray. Nowhere in my area or even in all of Central Florida carries it at this time. This is amazing that I found this replacement. I checked between this bottle & the Boogie bottoms bottle, they both have exactly the same stuff. Right down to the inactive ingredients, as well as the main ingredients are exactly the same! 25% Zinc oxide & 20% dimethicone. I promise you, it is exactly the same as Boogie bottoms. I checked & double checked, ingredient for ingredient. And it works absolutely amazing for diaper rashes! Just make sure that you keep it standing straight up. I've come to find lately that when my daughter has tipped it over or when my husband leaves it tipped over, it leaks out the little button that unlocks & locks the trigger spray. Not every bottle does that though. Just a heads up!
