im a caretaker and use these for my client who is bed-bound. they are pretty absorbent and comfortable for her. works well for incontinence. if she has a water pill, we do have to use an insert pad though otherwise it go through. at first i didnt know the waist band stretched out but once i did, they fit perfectly for larger hips without digging in the skin. i wish the overnight absorbency onces werent pull ups and had the detachable waist band.

No leakage !
I didn’t use these myself so I will have to tell you how much my mom appreciated them. First , the fit was great, the diaper probably held 3-4 liters , without leaking!! That’s saying something! They were expensive but for the functionality and durability, the price was very worth it. Very durable on a trip . They served her well while she could still walk and had no problems getting them on or off by herself. I can’t recommend them enough!

Waist runs very small but crotch is huge and shows through clothing
I wear size 12 pants. These barely fit. I have to lie down and pull the thing all the way up to my waist to get the tabs to attach but they pull off as soon as I move. I've obviously already worn one so I can't return them, so I'm using duct tape to keep these on and rethinking my working wardrobe as the crotch is easily a foot across, bunching awkwardly and showing through most of my clothes. It's bad enough to need diapers in certain situations, those are insult to injury

Horrible fit! Made for bed ridden.
Well made, very absorbant, no leaks...just don't fit right! The flaps are very thin and are not part of the "well made". These would be ideal for an immobile person. They are just very awkward to place on yourself and are not comfortable to move around in. Live and learn... Wish my pull-ons were padded this well.
