My gut feels much better when I take this regularly and I feel much healthier. It mixes well into any drink. The cinnamon flavor adds a delicious taste!

It does help with energy and staying full and I have began to feel better movements in my joints. I've only been drinking it for a few weeks.

You will not look forward to your morning coffee! This product will not dissolve! I use a frother and hot coffee straight from the coffee maker, and it still does not dissolve. You have to keep shaking your coffee while you drink it because it will just be a pile at the bottom of your cup. It has a sand/dirt like consistency. Even if you try to swallow it down to get in your protein, it causes you to gag because of the undissolved sandy texture. The taste is absolutely terrible, and there is no cinnamon flavor. I added a dash of cinnamon and stevia to try to help this product taste better, but it doesn’t help at all! Please don’t waste your money! The woman in the advertisement video can’t be telling the truth. There is no way this is enjoyable. Ancient Nutrition should honestly take this product off the market if they have any conscious whatsoever. I won’t trust their products again!

The container is half full. It seems they should have a smaller container for the amount of product they provide. The taste is great in my coffee but it does not mix well. It is best to have a milk frother to blend product in.

This is only a review on the taste and solubility. I haven’t had it long enough to notice any health benefits. The taste is tolerable. It’s best in something with a strong flavor so you don’t have to taste it much. I found a fruit smoothie works best. I also found that it does not dissolve well in hot beverages. It tends to settle quickly and you end up chewing your coffee a bit. Hopefully over time I can see the health benefits and raise the rating.

I watched the commercials on TV thinking the promises about this product were not true but somehow I ordered it anyhow. I’ve only been using about 2 weeks and I can see my nails and skin look much better. Some facial wrinkle have diminished. I plan to reorder it as a subscription and can’t wait to see additional changes. I can’t detect any smell but it doesn’t dissolve easily. I must continually stir it in my morning coffee and still have some undissolved powder in the cup when I have finished it. It is supposed to have a cinnamon taste and when I use it in my coffee it does alter the taste but it it isn’t nasty tasting. I wish it had 30 servings instead of 25 in the box. Overall I am a happy customer due to the results I have had.
