Great customer service
The monitor is great, it's easy to adjust the screen, and with the brightness turned up it's about the same as my imac monitor at 100% brightness. I use mine to extend the screen so I can drag videos onto the monitor and use my full computer screen for work. It works perfectly for this use, and didn't require any setup other than plugging it in and choosing screen extending instead of mirroring in my settings. The usb-c cord that came with the monitor was sticking out too far for me to put the monitor in the corner of my desk where I had wanted to put it, so I reached out to Ingnok to ask them what type of 90' cord I should get to replace it, and they responded within 1 day with an incredibly helpful message (they recommended a USB-C 3.1 or higher that supports video function) and even offered to verify that a cord would work before I purchased it if I sent them the link to the item! I don't usually leave reviews for things, but I was so impressed with their customer service I had to this time. I highly recommend both the monitor & the brand, they were amazing.

Excellent monitor with an aggressive power-saving mode
This is a wonderful, lightweight monitor with beautiful graphics. It was thoughtfully made, and I'm glad to have it.This monitor comes with three cables:* USB C (male) to USB C (male)* USB A (male, 2.0) to USB C (male)* HDMI (male) to mini HDMI (male)It also comes with:* A handsome dark-blue carrying case made from thick felt, with a Velcro clasp* A metal stand that's sturdy and easily adjustable, but heavy* A soft cleaning cloth* A packet of four VESA screws, in case you want to mount your monitor* A pack of non-slip stickers for the back of the monitor* InstructionsThere are two ways you can use the monitor. You can either:(a) Use the USB C cable to connect the monitor to a USB C video port. This will power the monitor AND transmit the video image with just one cable. However, your computer must support video over USB C. Some computers have a data-only USB C port that won't work with video. My computer DOES support video over USB C, and I can verify that this option works well.-OR-(b) Use the HDMI cable for the video signal. Connect the mini HDMI (male) end to the monitor, and the larger HDMI (male) end to your computer. This will transmit the video signal only; you'll also need to use one of the two (provided) USB cables to connect to a female USB A or USB C power source capable of supplying at least 10 W at 5 V. You can use any USB C port as the power source, and most phone chargers will work nicely. I can verify that this *does indeed* work with my older HDMI computer. There is NO power supply included with the monitor, since most people won't need one. If you don't have a power supply of your own, and are counting on using one of the USB ports on your computer, then be aware: only a USB *C* port will work; your computer's USB 2 or USB 3 ports are (probably) not capable of delivering enough power. (USB may provide as little as 2.5 W over USB 2, 4.5 W over USB 3, and 100 W over USB C. In some cases, a USB 3 port will exceed the specifications and CAN provide the full 10 W, but there's no guarantee that this will work for you.)DIMENSIONS:The outer dimensions of the monitor are:0.5" (at thickest part of the monitor case) x 8.75" x 14"You can use these dimensions to decide if the monitor will fit in your travel bag or carrying case. Keep in mind that the monitor DOES come with a beautiful felt carrying case. The inner viewing area of the LCD screen is approximately:7.5" x 13.25"SPECIFICATIONS:Note that the product specifications shown on Amazon are not entirely correct. (For example, the "max brightness" value is listed incorrectly on Amazon. The values below are taken from the product manual instead (YN02D_Stand_Portable_Monitor_Manual.pdf):Size: 15.6"Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (16:9)Screen type: IPSPanel type: TFTSurface: anti-glareViewing angle: 178 degrees x 178 degreesMax brightness: 280 cd/m^2Refresh rate: 60 HzColor gamut: 45% NTSCDisplay colors: 16.7 MContrast ratio: 1200:1Color temperature: 7000 KPixel pitch: 0.17925 x 0.17925ISSUES:The monitor has an aggressive power-saving mode. It will actually turn itself off during the few seconds it takes my computer to boot up--which obscures the whole boot-up process and makes it difficult to enter the BIOS. It's not a *huge* problem; the monitor *does* wake up shortly, and then you can see everything. It is a minor annoyance. Also, there is no way to manually turn off the monitor! It turns itself off automatically shortly after your computer goes to sleep. Sometimes, I would like to turn the monitor off while the computer is still awake--and I can't. You can only adjust the brightness, color, etc, using the buttons on the side, but you can't turn the monitor off.*Also* related to the power-saving mode: when I put my computer to sleep, I'll come back later to find a zillion "Display Settings" pop-up windows all notifying me that a new monitor has been detected. I used to have to close all of those windows manually, one by one, until I found out how to turn them off in the operating system. Other monitors don't make me do this: it happens because of this monitor's aggressive power saving mode.I am happy with the monitor in every single way, except one: I wish I could turn off its stupid power-saving mode. But now that I've disabled the "new monitor" notifications, it's not really such a problem anymore...Note that this monitor is NOT a touch screen device, so it won't respond if touched or rotated. It has no battery, so it must remain plugged into a power supply. It is a regular computer monitor--which is exactly what I wanted.

Sweet travel toy
I bought this for my Samsung s21. It kicks butt. Save me from buying a laptop because it does about anything I wanted a laptop for. (Samsung DEX). You need to power the USB C power cord with an 18 watt power supply. I got an Anker battery Bank at Walmart and a 20W wall charger on Amazon. Very handy monitor. I also have a Luna gamepad, Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Real Racing 3 is a good free example of gaming. Take the monitor cover sleeve to Walmart and find a backpack it will fit in. I rarely use the monitor base stand. I just find something to lean it on, like my Owala water bottle. If TSA wants it turned on, be ready with a travel battery pack to power it. It's just a monitor with no batteries but an uninformed security guard may slow you down if you can't turn it on. For that reason I don't plan on flying with it. I can just plug my phone DEX into a hotel TV when I get there. But I'm sure it's fine for travel

Great for the price point, as long as you don't need certain features
I spilled liquid on my Macbook pro's screen and wanted to get a new laptop, but then realized how dumb that would be. But even getting a new screen would cost more than the laptop is worth, owing to the depreciation of Intel-based Macbook pros. So, I decided to go with the cheapest possible solution and got this monitor. I gotta be honest, the screen itself is actually very good, I actually like it better than my built-in screen on my laptop. If that's all you care about, this is a great purchase, despite not having a power button and seemingly not being able to stay on when I close my Macbook pro. I guess I'll just leave it on most of the time and the screen will work until it doesn't, which is fine at this price point.

Great Portable Monitor
This is a great portable monitor, especially for the price. The picture is great and it started up as soon as I plugged it in to my laptop's USB-C port. It comes with all the accessories you need and it has clear instructions. The stand is a nice bonus as well! I didn't have much expectations with the price being so low, but I am impressed and recommend it to anyone looking for a portable monitor.

perfect solution to inadequate laptop screen real estate
Just as bright as my laptop screen, handy stand that lets you adjust the height and viewing angle, and everything folds reasonably flat - so far I'm loving it. I'll order a longer USB-C to USB-C cable, because I keep the extended monitor to the right of my main screen from long habit. The 3' cables provided just barely manage that stretch. And you have to be careful not to press the adjustment buttons on the extended screen by bumping them into the laptop screen. But it does exactly what I needed, exactly the way I hoped it would.
