Certain things not for everyone but I rate theses, works brilliant on my runs and used it for a workout in gym and still great. Gives a short boost no issues and still will purchase.

I couldnt rate 5 stars as they don't dissolve quick enough for me and the texture while they're dissolving isn't the best. That being said it is a good product, good value for money and easily fit into pockets for great portability when out and about.

Great item easy to take, arrived promptly big thumps up

Forget the flavour descriptions, these all taste rank after about 4 seconds. Aftertaste is revolting and only made worse by also leaving you with a little ball of gunk to try and swallow once the paper has ‘melted’.If I’d just had one I wouldn’t ever do this to myself again but I bought 3 packs of 5 so I’ll be using them for the London marathon. They do offer a kick when needed so they do deliver on that, just don’t go kidding yourself that it’ll be a pleasant experience.

Ideal for sports

Positives:Revvies Energy Strips do deliver on their promise of providing an instant boost. As soon as the strip dissolves, you can feel a noticeable increase in energy. This immediate effect is helpful, great for when you need a quick pick-me-up. However, it's worth noting that the duration of this boost is quite short, lasting only about 10 minutes.Negatives:Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives for me. The Tropic Hit flavor is particularly unpleasant, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. While the Arctic Charge and Cola Lemon flavors are somewhat better, they are still not great.The strips are also quite expensive for what they offer, making them less appealing from a value-for-money perspective. Additionally, the way they stick to the roof of your mouth while trying to dissolve on your tongue is extremely uncomfortable. This is not only annoying in general but also really distracting when you're in the middle of a run or any other physical activity.Overall, while Revvies Energy Strips do provide a quick energy boost, the unpleasant taste, high cost, and uncomfortable usage make them less than ideal. If the flavors were improved and the strips dissolved more comfortably, they might be a more worthwhile option.

These were fab for when I was marathon training

I brought these to try for helping to fuel for the London Marathon. However, I only tried one and I really did not like it at all. So I gave them away. Obviously, personal Preferences come into play here. My colleague says it is all they use, I personally found it unpleasant and didn't use them. So all I can say is try them as you may feel differently towards them. So I will not be purchasing these again
