These are a great option for a loooooong flight. I used these on a 17 hour flight and although they weren't perfect, I'd rather have them than not. I didn't like that one hammock is intended for both feet because the weight of your feet pulls down on the hammock, shapes it into a V and squashes your feet together. However, I'm 5'4" and would still rather have the option of putting my feet up. If you're short, get these!

I used these on a flight from the US to Japan. They were only mildly helpful. Even with the straps as short as possible they didn't bring my legs up enough. I was better off resting my feet on my back pack. Additionally, the flight attendant told me I couldn't use it and I had to take it down.
