This product is fantastic. I purchased to get rid of a bad build up of candida due to a course of antibiotics. Within 4 days my symptoms greatly improved and I was on the road to recovery.There are a few things to consider if you're looking to purchase these however, and I would highly advise anyone who's taking these for the first time to do a little prep before starting.1. These pills have very powerful ingredients to rid candida in your system. With that in mind there is only one way for candida to come out once it's in. I would highly recommend taking at least 3-4 days out of your schedule to accommodate and make sure to keep hydrated.2. Candida die off symptoms. Now I'm no doctor so of course speak to your healthcare professional should have have any adverse effects that your concerned about. Candida die off symptoms will vary from person to person, but they can be worrying if you've never experienced them before. As the candida dies off, toxins are released into your system which will have a number of negative effects. Extreme tiredness, headaches, chills, fever, brain fog, almost flu-like in some cases. To manage these effects I would recommend getting an additional supplement called "Milk Thistle", which helps the liver rid toxins in the blood. Of course please due your own research and again speak to your healthcare professional, but I found these greatly helped manage the severity of my die off symptoms.3. The aftertaste. Now this wasn't too bad for me as I always enjoyed Monster Munch growing up as a kid, but pickled onion for some is really not an ideal situation. I would recommend having a pill just before or during a meal to help mask the aftertaste4.Additional Probiotics. If you're looking to manage candida in your system, additional probiotics are always a good addition to your diet. Again do your own research and speak to your healthcare professional. I always found the brand Bio-Kult really helped. Taking 1 with my breakfast an another with my evening meal.I hope this review helps anyone out there who is suffering with this issue as it can really grab hold of you and kick you down.As with anything, these things take time to heal and it will vary from person to person depending on the severity, but you should hopefully feel results in around a week. Brighter, with more energy and that foggy feeling should lift.

I like the ingredients in this capsule and I am sure it is helping but I am also taking caprylic acid 1500 mg daily ( 3x 500mg throughout the day) olive leaf extract, garlic capsule and oil of oregano. I think it has been a cumulative effect which has improved my Candida symptoms. My skin got worse initially but is settling now. Also taking high dose probiotics as these Candida Support only contain a small amount.

These are great! Feel very well taking them and can't say I've noticed a particularly bad odour from them.... they have a good range of ingredients which I'd say could be used as a healthy supplement.

I don’t know why you change the ingredients as they are not as effective as the old formula. I noticed that the tablets were smaller and a different colour, but I hope that they were very similar all the same. I checked the ingredients which looked the same, but the effects are completely different. I use them to help with sinusitis and they keep my nose clear. But the new ones don’t they’re not as effective. Please change them back. Even when I swallow them before you get a really strong taste and you don’t anymore

6 days in and I definitely feel a difference. It does cause some gas and more frequent trips to the bathroom, which makes sense. Another thing which I wasn’t expecting though is it’s cleared up my rhinitis. For years I’ve suffered chronic rhinitis/sinusitis and never considered it could have been fungal related 🤯 But, the past 2 days my septum (which frequently has pus on it in the morning 🤢) has been clear and less inflamed.I’ve already recommended to my family and friends who also suffer digestive problems.Hoping it keeps thrush at bay too🤞🏽

After using the product for over a week I can honestly say that there is no chagce, no improvement, no sign at all of this product is working as advertised. I feel that it may be a useless product, no what they say it is, and I will attempt to have my money refunded very soon. I hope this helps you to decide. Look elsewhere. Amazon refunded me as the seller does not give the option.
