No photo is needed for this. I have a 2009 Chevy Express 1500. I went to remotesremotes.com and put in my year, make, and model. The programming instructions are so short that I did not even need to print them and take them out to my van. It was done in 30 seconds! The only thing I will say is that the instructions say to hold the lock AND unlock buttons until you hear the vehicle chime twice. I held them both for 10 seconds, but no chimes. Then I tested the lock and unlock buttons and they worked. Maybe my vehicle is set not to chime, I don't know, but the FOB works awesome!

after receiving this key fob. instructions in package send you to a site for programming instruction after several attempts on the site and i tried to pick several different years, of chevy and models and everyone said NO PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS. but thy will give you a list of locksmiths for you to pay to program

I only needed the buttons and it was a exact fit A a great price

The fob is well built, includes the battery, and is offered at a great price. However, my 2013 Chevy Express van does not have a key fob programming mode on the information screen. Prior model years have a mode that allows you to program fobs. The replacement fob kit that I needed has a OBD2 port plug that puts the vehicle into this mode.. I was able to reuse the buttons and the battery, so I kept it. Research your car make/model to determine if this will work. I would give 5 stars if it explained this better.

Has all the functions of my original and works as such. Programming with included instructions was simple enough. One negative is the inked/painted icon symbols on the remote buttons has already started to wear off. It took years for my factory originals to get to this point. For the price I will deal with that. Still think it is a good deal.

These are OEM quality. Dealer charged $50. to program the fobs.

Works great and paired it myself using the Car Key Express Universal Key fob installer. It pairs keys as well as fobs. Just check the compatibility before you purchase the installer. The installer saved me a lot of money by not having to involve a lock smith. Worked perfectly for me!!!!

Have used this for over a year and still working strong. Original battery didn't last that long and the white symbols have rubbed off. You will need a scan tool to program to your vehicle.

I am very upset ad the add said it comes with 2 batteries which i did not get . I am returning this product . Thank you
