Zeer solide slantboard! Hij is breed, waardoor je alle ruimte hebt. Hij heeft maar één hellinghoek, wat op zich niet zo'n probleem is. De stroeve laag bovenop is zéér stroef. Dat in combinatie met de vrij grote hoek zorgt ervoor dat je op dit slantboard iets van schoenen aan moet, op je sokken lukt niet (die blijven 'plakken' terwijl je voet omlaag zakt).

This is another good purchase through amazon for me. This slant board is versatile and very sturdy. There is no need to fear breaking as the board is durable. It is good heigh to stretch ankle, multi functional for using for different exercises. It is comfortable. Goid value for the price the design is strong stability. This board has helped me get balanced when squatting. Also great for stretching hams and back as it gives just enough lift from the floor to allow deeper stretching. Great for mobility
