I thought a lot of the good reviews were fake and that I’m going to be getting a Barely functional print copier, I was wrong! Now if your going to buy this (on sale for £90 is a steal honestly) for home use now and then this is fantastic, I only bought it because I need some documents copied and some papers printed and it did the trick no problems so far. Quality isn’t anything special but it does what you need it to, if you are printing art or anything it’s probably not going to give you fantastic quality but for word documents and passport photocopy it’s great, get it on sale if your just a home user! (Images with lots of black on cheap paper are wrinkly, other than that I’m not relying on printing images so it’s fine for my use)

I am always on the verge of returning this printer. My advice would be to not purchase it. Actually, given my experience with HP printers, I would not be keen on buying them ever again. There are so many silly frustrating time-consuming issues with this printer. Here are some. We have installed the HP Smart software, but I would much prefer to be able to directly control the printer using Apple's print subsystem, as it is considerably more reliable and just throw the final print code to the printer using a USB cable. As it is, we have had to reinstall the printers a couple of times. I hate the way that the HP software constantly insists on you setting up an account and trying to force you to use their ink programme. I see no advantage for the customer in their programme in any way. Anyhow, it's configured using the HP Smart. 1. The printer often goes into a sleep where is can't be contacted by anything. You can't restart using the power button. You have to remove and reinsert the power cable. This is obviously frustrating when the printer is remote from the computer. 2. It seems impossible to get the display on the printer to sleep. The options is set, but it does not sleep. 3. Expensive genuine HP cartridges have been used. However, after installing a fresh set from HP packaging, the printer has not recognised that the ink has been refilled, and continually reports "Ink low", even with a brand new set of cartridges. This would not matter so much, EXCEPT, the stupid printer reports this on the display and won't print until you clear the message by pressing OK on the screen. Again, if you printing remotely, you have to physically visit the printer to do this. The printer hardware itself is very good quality. It seems fairly robust. The print quality is good. However, the issue is sometimes actually getting the printer to print because of the firmware/software issues. I have updated the firmware to the latest version. In summary, my recommendation would be to not buy this.

I had a hp printer and it turned out it wasn't compatible with instant ink and would cost a fortune so I looked for a new printer that was compatible with instant ink. I didnt realise how hard this would be but quickly picked up I needed a printer that would print large quantities. This printer prints 800 pages a month and come with an instant ink package. My package is 700 pages to print a month but I got 9 months free ink trial with it. Instant ink was so easy to set up and can be cancelled at any time. I have learned that to get the best from the print side of the printer you do need to use good quality paper for the best print quality. I do get smears occasionally but It has a print head cleaner setting and that works well. The printer is set up to my computer by Wi-Fi but can also be set up on your phone on the hp smart app. I have a small gift tag business and the printer has allowed me to bring the standard of my tags to another level. I would Highly recommend this printer

Great printer

Have been using this printer for the best part of 2 months now, here are some of my thoughts: Positives - print quality is very clear. Good size for a home office. Cost was very reasonable. Negatives - Connection keeps disconnecting from my mobile device so I have to keep restarting the printer until it gets a connection. Numerous printing errors (will print a couple of pages then pack in half way through printing out a page, resulting in me having to restart the process) and it is so slow to start printing. My advice would be to never print in a hurry, takes about 5 to 10 minutes to start printing. Overall, I do regret buying this model of printer. Although reasonably priced, it is not value for money in my opinion.

La calidad de la bandeja para el papel ,a bajado bastante. El interruptor de apagado no funciona siempre. Cuando lo "desenchufas" para apagarla; al día siguiente te sale un mensaje diciendo que lo has hecho mal.. Es la tercera maq. Que tenemos. Tienen fecha de caducidad desconocida..

Fonctionne.plutot bien malgré le faite que l'emplacement du cablage eternet ne fonctionne pas et qu'elle est bloqué pour les cartouches HP impossible de mettre les ho recycler
