I quit smoking 6 months ago after 45 years. This necklace and using it as the “inhale and exhale” replacement was a huge gift to the stop smoking process. If you’re ready to quit, this will be a huge gift to get yourself! I haven’t taken mine off, other than to sanitize it at the end if each day, since I got it.

This is a piece of trash, save your money!!! It's just a peace of metal, no resistance, if you are a true vapor or smoker trying to quit this is not for you!

I was leary to get but I quit smoking in 2017 and still get cravings after meals and when others go out to smoke. This actually surprised me because it has actually taken care of the after meal craving I'm going to buy a couple more in different colorsHighly recommend

Works great and keeps your anxiety down

The item itself is beautiful. I purchased a whole bunch for family and friends. However, I feel like the diameter of the hole in the mouthpiece is too small. I find myself having to push the air out over a long period (long is relative. It's probably just a few seconds more than if I was just using a standard plastic drinking straw, but enough to make a difference), and I end up feeling a bit fatigued instead of relaxed. It the opening on the mouthpiece was a bit larger it would be perfect. But I am the only one complaining about this, of all the people I bought this for, so it may just be me.

I had 3 stents placed after a nuclear stress test, so I had to quit smoking immediately! I already had a similar breathing necklace but lost it. This one is so much nicer and comes with 2 pretty chains. This necklace is helping with withdrawals from smoking!

Bought my wife this. At first I thought it was a dog whistle. I am just a husband and do not know what sorcery goes into making this stress flute, but I believe the one I purchased is faulty. I keep reminding her to bring her dog whistle and she just gets angry at me which I think defeats the purpose.
