Do you make a version that is entirely see-thru? Is it easy to rinse out once per day?

The kids are clear and they are snap-on to the bun. You can rinse it out anytime IMHO.

Can the casters be removed?

The ingredient bins ship without the casters attached and they could simply be pulled back out.
