Purchased Panasonic 1 Ton 5 Star Ac truly a value for money product! Cooling is excellent, room cools down quickly, and the AC runs very silently. Power saving is noticeable and the overall build quality feels premium.However, I did face some inconvenience with the installation service. Despite multiple follow-ups with the assigned engineer, the installation was delayed, and I finally had to escalate the matter to the area manager for resolution.I would strongly recommend Panasonic to improve their service coordination and responsiveness to match the high quality of their product. A better service experience will make this brand unbeatable in its category.

Perfect for a bedroom. Cooling is best in the segment. Value for money may be. Features are very good. Remote control is futuristic.

Delivery took around 3 days in Pune.On the delivery day itself, the installation guys came. They told me the total cost of installation was 7 thousand. The core cutting cost was 120 rupees per inch. Usually, slab width is 12 inches so 1440 core cutting cost. Most flats would require one core cutting but in my case, it was two core cuttings so the cost was 3 thousand. The installation cost including GST was around 1500. The stand cost was 950 rupees. They said the extra copper pipe cost was around 950 per meter and I needed an entire meter extra. In the box, they give a 3-meter copper pipe. The cable and plug itself are not given by Panasonic, they cost around 200 rupees. They said miscellaneous items were around 500 rupees. I forgot a few items but the total cost was seven thousand so do consider all of these costs before purchasing this AC.I decided to installation from a local vendor who did everything for 5 thousand. The core cutting cost at 80 rupees per inch. The installation cost was 1000 rupees. Stand was 850, copper wire at 800 per meter.Installation took around 3-4 hours considering we had to do two core cuttings.The AC is good. The cooling is effective. I feel the indoor unit is a bit noisy and not exactly silent.The MirAle app is decent enough but took around half an hour to get it to connect. The steps were simple but for some reason, it was failing continuously. It was asking to connect to AC's WiFi and mobile internet at the same time, which is not possible. The AC was not connecting to my WiFi, I had to try multiple times. After trying multiple combinations of wifi SSID, and mobile data it somehow got working. Connecting to Alexa was very smooth once the device got registered on the MirAle app.One thing to improve on the app is, it can show the current room temperature in addition to configured target AC temperature. Also, the cost of installation could be reduced to have a seamless experience even though there are variable components. I believe next time I need some servicing, Panasonic could easily take 4-5 thousand each year for smaller things.

The product is not bad.. But i had to pay 2750 extra for installation including outdoor unit stand and wire for ac input. So total cost for ac is 39400+2750=42150...but when i asked near by stre... They offers 38000 for this product including installation and 600extra for outdoor unit wall stand.which was of LG company 😃Installation team is not professional... Poor quality service... Including multiple unplanned and unwanted drilling of my wall and full of dust and dirt on white wall and floor.. They have not even providing white cement to seal the holes which they made unnecessarily due to their faulty planning.they hav not registered for warranty till now.... Not even asked for OTP after completion of service.so the product warranty is in a dialema now.. 🙄Panasonic app is not showing warranty now...Shall update the User experience of the product later.11/4/2025Wifi app malfunctions frequently,Ac motor noise even in quite mode which causes irritation and hinders the sleep.Outdoor unit produces loud noise and vibration continuously.No response from service team...complaint registered but still Waiting for technician visit.... No call or message received. Pathetic service.

It is really good and performance is satisfactory. Installation guy told me that I should have bought 1.5 ton for my bedroom size as it might not cool enough. But Panasonic ACs are really good ans 1 ton is more than enough for my bedroom. Matter enabled feature is very handy. I use it via app and my alexa echo dot. I already have 1.5 ton AC at my hometown where summers are very hot and I am very happy that I bought Panasonic AC.Only thing which I want is light in its remote's button. As sometimes it is difficult to find the desired button in dark at nights. Also option to turn the display ON and OFF directly from remote and not only via app.

First of all Amazon has deleverd item before delivery date. Thanks for that. Now come to to product.. No doubt Panasonic ACs are good, Price are little higher, but it justified according to the quality.. Only thing that, the Power cable don't comes with packaging, why customer have to purchase Power cable shaperately?

Writing review after 6 months of usage.AC is good, silent and. working as expected.Not happy with Remote control. Button are very small, you have to search button to during sleep.No dedicated button to switch of light on AC which is the most frequently used button. You have to press clean button. If you free long it will start some other function.LED start blinking suddenly in night while sleeping, may be because of some error which disturb the sleep. And don’t know how to stop it.
