Risottos

Great alternative to plain rice or potatoes. Enjoyed all four flavors. Easy preparation. Goes well with just about any main dish. We’ve had it with chicken, salmon, pork and beef.

This is a very tasteful product for a good price and easy to cook. No standing and stirring forever.

Authentic flavor and good quality from Italy. Bought it before and would buy it again.

Would have given this package a 5 except that the flavoring is no longer in a separate small pkg. It's quite intense so I used to used just half the packet -- using the entire contents is entirely too strong/salty. I now take trouble to use a spoon to pluck out chunks of flavoring, set those aside and use about half of what's in the box. Works beautifully. Alessi makes lovely products -- wish they had kept to the separate flavor packet. The variety of flavors is attractive. The servings are generous

It looked greater on the package but I did not like the taste of one of them and have not eaten the others. I will give them away.
