It's fairly sturdy, worked fine, but I don't like the way it's made. The claw is just like the claw in the arcade, flimsy. That is not what bothers me, it's that it can only go in "c" shape. If a prize is at the 4 corners you need to shake or move the prize into the path of the claw in order to have a chance at getting it. That would frustrate little kids in top of a flimsy claw. Better to try one that goes back and forth and across.

Got this as a gift for my husband and was disappointed that it’s basically a manual turn and you can only go two directions. The claw sucks at picking stuff up.
